Buena Vista Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of The Prestige for 20th February 2007 priced at $29.99 SRP. Magic can be a deadly art, as Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale learn in Christopher Nolan's story of the rivalry between two magicians in Victorian London.
Extras include The Director's Notebook: The Cinematic Sleight of Hand Of Christopher Nolan and "The Art of The Prestige" featuring a dazzling display of costumes, scenery and set design.

The Prestige (R2) in March
Warner Home Video have announced the UK Region 2 DVD release of The Prestige for 12th March 2007. Based on the acclaimed novel by Christopher Priest and brought to the screen by director Christopher Nolan, The Prestige is set against the backdrop of Victorian London. It is the mysterious story of two magicians (Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman) whose intense rivalry leads them on a life-long battle for supremacy full of obsession, deceit and jealousy with dangerous and deadly consequences.
Michael Caine, Scarlett Johansson, David Bowie and Andy Serkis also star.
DVD extras include The Director’s Notebook documentary and the theatrical trailer.
