non mi ricordavo più come si accedeva all'Hub (così si chiama questo ambiente), ho dovuto chiedere in giro e mi ci hanno portato. Ora l'ho messo nei Preferiti, perché dalla mappa non si riesce ad accedere. Poi ho visto che si accedeva da un simbolo presente nella Piazza. Comunque qui si trovano trucchi e soluzioni:

This Week in PlayStation Home: Resistance Space Unleashed, Game Launching Confirmed

Whether you are a heroic Sentinel triggerman or a heartless Chimeran killing machine – it’s high time you log into SCEA’s PlayStation Home and join your fellow soldiers as we launch (pun intended) into the next phase of the platform’s evolution.

This Thursday, May 21st, the epic sci-fi shooter franchise Resistance comes blasting into Home with a dedicated game space featuring an awesome turret-style FPS mini-game, reward items, leaderboards and full-on game launching support.

Visit the space early in the day and use the “Four Barrels of Fury” mini-game to trigger your itchy finger. You will be awarded special virtual goods as you further hone your Chimeran ship blasting skills and a nearby global leaderboard will capture and display the highest scores. Then take advantage of your war-torn surroundings and meet up with fellow Resistance fans, old and new, and launch into either co-op or competitive multiplayer matches of the critically-acclaimed apocalyptic shooter, Resistance 2, developed by Insomniac Games.

On launch day, your favorite Community Managers (ahem!) will be on-site to battle with you, and the folks from Insomniac will be dropping in over time to do the same (like next Thursday, from 5:00-6:00pm PT). Best of all, we’ll be designating every Friday night from 6:00pm – 12:00am “Resistance 2: SRPA Siege” nights. We’re inviting you all to show up and contribute to the carnage, whether you are currently fighting the virus or happily succumbing to it.

Hi everyone, I’m really pleased to let you know that the new Buzz! HQ space in PS Home is now live!

This space lets you play multiplayer MyBuzz! quizzes by running around to stand on the correct answers. You can choose to play in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish, and there are lots of exclusive Buzz! PS Home items to be won too.

You can head straight there by selecting Buzz! HQ from the World Map and try it out.

Per poter correggere lo spazio Buzz! siamo costretti a sospendere temporaneamente Home, rimuovere lo spazio in questione e ripristinare Home.

Home sarà quindi off-line a partire dalle 15:00. Buzz! non potrà essere ripristinato in giornata, ma pare che gli sviluppatori abbiano individuato il problema e che si stiano apprestando a correggerlo, testandolo al massimo senza la vostra partecipazione, per poi rilanciarlo. Non disponiamo al momento di maggiori informazioni circa la data di ripristino: vi consigliamo pertanto ti tenere d'occhio il Blog e il forum per ulteriori dettagli.

Stando a quanto riportato sul blog ufficiale PlayStation americano, Home dovrebbe ricevere un aggiornamento in queste ore (non è chiaro se anche per quanto riguarda la sezione europea del servizio).

Una novità è rappresentata dalla condivisione delle foto: dirigendosi al Mall sarà possibile caricare le proprie foto dall'hard disk nel mondo di Home, e quindi disporle in bella vista nel proprio appartamento, modificandone il dettaglio e la grandezza. In arrivo inoltre gli spazi dedicati a Buzz! e Ghostbusters, oltre ad altri costumi di Street Fighter IV.

Vi si è aggiornato Home alla versione 1.22 e non sapete cosa aggiunge? Beh, dovreste sapere che questo (Secondo i ragazzi del playstation blog) aggiornamento è il più importante da quando Home è diventato Open Beta. Che cosa aggiunge quindi? Bene, aggiunge l'upload delle foto presenti nel proprio HDD. In pratica funziona così: Una volta entrati nel vostro appartamento, ci sarà una opzione che permetterà di salvare delle foto presenti nel vostro HDD come quadri, oppure altro. Un buon aggiornamento sicuramente, a quando l'upload dei video visualizzabili nella TV dell'appartamento? Stay tuned!

Victor Zuylen, Editor del sito KillZone.com, annuncia che verranno rilasciati dei contenuti per Home dedicati a KillZone 2 (nella news le immagini). Sarà disponibile un nuovo appartamento intitolato The Visari Throne Room, ambientazione presente nel gioco e che i possessori conoscono bene, dove si evidenzia l'architetture Helgast e una diabolica atmosfera, ideale per invitare i tuoi amici a fare due chiacchiere! Per arredare questo nuovo ambiente sono state predisposte i giusti mobili regali, che nel gioco sono utilizzati come barricate di fortuna. In questo caso se ne potrà fare un utilizzo totalemnte differente. La data di rilascio è fissata per la seconda metà del mese di giugno e con un costo da stabilire.

Dopo l'annuncio dell'appartamento dedicato a Killzone 2, tornano gli sviluppatori a parlare di Home. Ne parlano nuovamente riguardo una cosa: lo spazio dedicato a Gran Turismo 5. Questo spazio sarà particolarmente dedicato nei minigiochi, un po' come lo spazio di EA. Per l'esattezza sarà possibile giocare ad un minigioco simile a quello presente nella zona di EA, e vincere dei premi da usare su Home. Inoltre sarà il primo spazio nel quale saranno disponibili nei trofei: per esempio, se vincerai un'auto nel gioco completo, ad esempio una Viper oppure una Corvette, quando andrai su Home, riceverai una statuetta simbolica da inserire nel tuo appartamento. Di sicuro una buona notizia per tutti gli appassionati, dato che Gran Turismo sarà il primo videogame che supporterà dei trofei interni ad Home! Purtroppo non c'è nessuna data di uscita per questo spazio, ma si pensa che uscirà più o meno in concomitanza con il gioco completo.

Oggetto: Xi, per Playstation Home, giunge al termine.
Dopo ben 12 settimane di gioco, il progetto Xi raggiunge così la sua conclusione. Iniziato con una serie di strani video sugli schermi di Home, il primo ARG (Alternate Reality Game) per console della storia, ha attirato fin da subito l'attenzione di migliaia (e in fine milioni) di giocatori, sparsi in tutto l'occidente. (ricordiamo che Xi è stato rilasciato solamente nei territori Europe, e North America) Per tutti coloro che hanno sempre ritenuto Home una chat virtuale e nient'altro, Xi ha saputo ridare interesse a tanti giocatori che lo avevano già disinstallato, e i fatti lo dimostrano: sono state create svariate community su internet, dove discutere del gioco e hanno aperto decine di club su Home dedicati a Xi, basti pensare che per risolvere un enigma in cui la Sony aveva piazzato otto cartelloni pubblicitari in alcune città europee, (fra cui anche Milano) la sinergia dei giocatori ha portato alla soluzione in poco meno di mezza giornata! Il progetto si è espanso a tal punto, da coinvolgere persino un gioco del calibro di Little Big Planet. (se siete curiosi, e non l'avete ancora giocato, cercate il livello chiamato Papillon Alpha) Che cosa dire di più? Xi è stata una esperienza davvero istruttiva, non solo ha saputo essere coinvolgente (e convincente) ma è riuscito ad essere una esperienza persino istruttiva. Ha saputo unire dei perfetti sconosciuti, che parlavano decine di lingue differenti, per raggiungere uno scopo comune. Per quanto inutile sia, applicato ad un videogioco, provate solo ad immaginare cosa può significare una simile mobilitazione per qualcosa di più serio!

wanted to let you guys know about a new space and a great new event making their way into PlayStation Home as of tomorrow.

Firstly, the Everybody’s Golf space will be made available to European users. Check out the screenshots below if you haven’t already seen the Japanese version of this space. There will also be a little furniture-related present for those of you that are quick to get in on the action!

Also, starting tomorrow, you’ll have the chance to win an awesome Rag Doll Kung Fu fish rug (possibly the best piece of PS Home furniture yet). A character wearing a unique pair of Rag Doll Kung Fu trousers will be hiding around PS Home for two weeks. Ps Home Us:New SOCOM Space Ghostbusters Apartment,EA SPORTS Complex Update + More!

To say we have a pretty massive update coming for all of you this Thursday, June 18th would be the understatement of the week. To start, we’ll be unleashing the long-awaited SOCOM Tactical Operations Center space. This space is the first installment of a two-part SOCOM Home hub (the second highly interactive space – OPFOR – will follow the TOC shortly) that is the ideal 3D locale for the huge SOCOM community to meet up and socialize. At this new SOCOM strategy post, you will be able to plot the next course of action with your friends by gathering around the Telestrator tool and coordinating your next assault. Chock full of maps and modes from SOCOM: Confrontation, the Telestrator is a powerful tool that the Home community can use to collaborate, strategize, and enhance their gameplay experience. On top of this, the TOC boasts a regional leaderboard that pulls data from the SOCOM site and updates Career stats (such as all-time ranking, kills, deaths, and kills/deaths ratio) in real-time. And in an imminent refresh of the TOC you’ll also be able to purchase a slew of related virtual items to decorate your avatar with. So if you like to sport the Military chic look you’ll have to make a point to stop on by and load up on bandoliers, balaclavas, and other assorted tactical outerwear.

Also coming to the world of PlayStation Home this week is our first foray into movie and game-themed personal spaces. All of you virtual Egons will be overjoyed to find a Ghostbusters Firehouse personal space available for purchase. This 3-floor space comes jam-packed with tons of furniture and assorted decorations at no additional charge (including your very own Ecto-1). We hear that the basement’s ghost containment unit might have accidentally leaked a poltergeist or two, so you’ll have to keep an eye open for supernatural activity. Lucky for you, the Ghostbusters Firehouse comes with full Loot Stage Set functionality (including move props and portable blue screens) so you can stage your own Ghostbusters machinima. And as a token of our infatuation with the Ghostbusters franchise, we’re giving away free t-shirts that commemorate the 25th anniversary of Slimer hitting the silver screen. So be sure to log in and load up on all the goodies while the gettin’ is there to be gotten.

Electronic Arts is also freshening up their hugely-popular EA SPORTS Complex with additional Racing tracks, a leaderboards, Racing Boost Shop, and Poker updates (including bracelets for the ladies). The as-of-yet-unopened Golf Pro Shop space will temporarily disappear but will reappear and launch within a short time, so have no worries. All in all, this is a pretty significant update to the Complex, so if you haven’t been over for a while, this Thursday would be a dang fine time to drop on by.

We’re also bringing you some more game-related virtual items (did somebody say Street Fighter IV?!?!), including the free inFAMOUS Cole Costume for all of you that downloaded the demo and played it through to completion. To top this all off we have two events running this weekend in addition to the regularly-scheduled Resistance: SRPA Siege and Saturday Night Street Fightin’ game launching events (check the Clubs and Events subforums on the official PlayStation Home messageboard for more details). The first event starts Friday morning and ends Friday night and has something to do with you and your friends going on a scavenger hunt for parts of a secret code scattered throughout Home and the first 100 winners receiving a free download of Bomberman Ultra from the PlayStation Network. The other is scheduled for Saturday night and also involves free stuff, but you’ll have to keep your eyes on the video screens throughout Home between now and then for more details, because my memory is getting a little furry in my old age…

Oh, and by the way, the Killzone 2 Visari’s Throne and the Namco Bandai Museum are indeed coming to SCEA’s version of PlayStation Home. But not this week. You’ll have to keep an eye on the official Blog, forums, and Twitter accounts to stay up to date as to the progress of these spaces. But don’t despair; you can always spend the time between now and then launching into games of Crash Commando with your friends in Home. Don’t believe me? Give it a try…

Anche Fight Night Round 4 è pronto ad approdare su Home, così come è pronto a tornare (dopo diversi problemi tecnici) lo spazio di Buzz. (oggi) Nel primo spazio troveremo due giochi, uno di riflessi, e un altro nel quale dovremo far combattere due robottoni giganti in un ring. Saranno disponibili anche dei nuovi vestiti per il nostro personaggio, che comprendono anche i guantoni da boxe. Nel secondo spazio, dedicato a Buzz, ci sarà uno spazio nel quale dovremo posizionare il personaggio nella casella giusta della risposta alla domanda posta.. Ma per avere un'idea migliore, gustatevi i due video!
